How I can help you

I help entrepreneurs in ecommerce and software get their ideas off the ground by balancing strategic planning with day-to-day "get it done" action.

As a technical consultant and an executive at several software startup businesses, I have 15+ years of experience helping clients improve their business outcomes through technology and process automation. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I use a project management approach to breakdown big business challenges into workable chunks to achieve incremental improvement and measurable success.

As a founder and CEO of an ecommerce business, I helped build a company from scratch and scaled it to support hundreds of thousands of happy customers, learning what it takes through real-world experience.  From how to leverage technology, to building out financial and marketing plans, to hiring a team, our business has been through a lot, and I have a lot to share!

I'm excited to use my business experiences to provide guidance to entreprenuers who are just starting on their journey, or have an established business that is growing and facing new challenges.  Let's get started.
