I have been the chair of many technical teams that score proposals submitted to the Government as well as the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) on many IT contracts.
In his most recent position I worked for an 8a contractor developing business strategy, writing proposals, and as well as providing support as a Solutions Architect.

As a Contract Accounting and Management Consultant I worked with Higher Education Clients to streamline workflow, write procedures, and perform accounting services . As a Vice President for Budget and Finance at a small University I wore many hats. I helped set up an inhouse health clinic for students and staff. In addtion, with the student goverment I facilitated creation of a fitness center for students.
