As a current student pursuing my MBA – I attempt to help Score Southern Arizona by bringing a fresh perspective into the small business atmosphere. Helping small businesses identify potential areas of opportunity is what I am passionate about. I aim to help local businesses identify their strengths and how to leverage those competencies. I feel capable to aid in this pursuit as I have a curriculum background in product development and project management. I believe that any business, who is willing to adapt, has the potential to be competitive in today’s marketplace. My studies have given me valuable insight into organizational development, as well as, using Microsoft Office with data programs, within cross-functional teams, to achieve a common goal. My MBA has skilled me in online presentations; spotting employee administrative opportunities; effective online communication; in addition to, organizational support. My work experience, primarily with Enterprise Holdings, has provided me with the ability to manage customer relations diligently, calmly, and insightfully. Specifically, my current position as a Tri-Brand assistant has granted me experience in collecting information of new hires in order to explore new areas of opportunities based upon their strengths; while also enabling me to develop employees across National, Alamo, and Enterprise. I have been responsible for the reconciliation of lost business accounts; assessing the risks of each transactional contract; and information collection prior to sale.
