As a Software engineer I've setup many sites for different needs.
In addition of working as a Software engineer I also lead the Events workstream at Splunk's largest Employee Resource Group. I turn event ideas into reality by meeting with prospective organizers, fleshing out their idea, and market the event to our audience. This usually requires networking and research to find the best people and format to present a given topic.
